1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using logicflowai.co.in(the "Site") or any services provided by LogicFlow AI ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

LogicFlow AI provides AI-powered automation consulting, system development, and deployment services. We offer:

  • AI workflow automation design and implementation.
  • Custom AI agent and chatbot development.
  • Infrastructure auditing and optimization.
  • Client portal access for project management.

Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual project agreements.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.
  • Prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout (INR/USD).
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied.
  • Subscription services may be cancelled at any time. No partial refunds for unused periods.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, code, designs, and materials on this Site are owned by LogicFlow AI unless otherwise stated.
  • Custom deliverables created for clients become the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary tools without permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, data, or other users' accounts.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our platform.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our Site without permission.
  • Send malicious payloads, perform DDoS attacks, or attempt brute-force access. Any such activity is actively monitored, automatically blocked, and permanently logged by our Edge Firewall Agent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogicFlow AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimers

  • Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee specific results from our AI systems or automation workflows.
  • We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party service providers.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
